Paul Popper was born in the Czech Republic and emigrated to London. Drawing on his professional relationship with many European photographers and his many journalistic talents, he has created a photographic and literary agency. He started to collect a photographic collection. It flourished for nearly three quarters of a century.

Paul Popper est né en République tchèque et a émigré à Londres. S’appuyant sur ses relations professionnelles avec de nombreux photographes européens et ses nombreux talents journalistiques, il a créé une agence photographique et littéraire. Il a commencé à rassembler une collection photographique. Celle-ci a prospéré pendant près de trois quarts de siècle.
